Location: the hotel was near city center and train station, and the very centre. The staff were friendly efficient and genuinely helpful and were around whole time:)))

Although everything was fabulous, some of the staff were poorly trained.

I had a great stay! The room was really spacious with comfy beds, and the buffet breakfast had an impressive selection, especially the tasty sausages. Plus, the evening meal was a delightful surprise!

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of The Embankment. I loved that the property was walk from the train station. The stuff team was affable and knowledgeable at any time. The breakfast was rich, warm with healthy options.

It was close to where i needed to be. The carpark was free, the digitial T.V in the bedroom was excellent! Very clean

Units with comfortable bed. Quiet hotel in a handy setting right in the center of everything.

Suite was roomy very clean , bathroom had nice walk in shower, good tea making facilities and biscuits! L.ocation excellent.Good value for money.

The breakfast was lovely and the reception supervisor was extremely professional considering the other staff we had come across during the booking in process.

Unfortunately our stay at the park inn in peterborough was not very good atall, we spoke to the reception supervisor who said she would deal with the several issues us and others we stayed with had too, these included my in laws and our friends also. She kindly gave us Breakfast foc which was very much appreciated however I doubt that I would be very quick to book with the park inn again. Mrs Burrows

The quiet bedroom, and the fact that there was no loud music in the reception area, and no screaming kids to contend with.

No dissatisfaction

I visited this hotel recently and found the location ideal for enjoying the city center. The breakfast was great with a delicious variety, especially the mixed fruit salad. Especially Ramona, offered really good service. The room could use some serious attention. The air conditioning barely worked, leading to uncomfortable warmth. I found the sofa bed to be extraordinarily uncomfortable for my son, which disrupted our sleep. It would be great if they could improve bedding options. A clogged bathroom sink added to the frustration . Despite these issues, the spaciousness of the room was commendable, providing us with ample space as a family.

Difficulty reaching from wrong side of road (when I first arrived!) Sign from station and/or map with booking might help. Soap/shampoo in bathroom also might have been more generous.

The breakfast was of two halves: the croissant were excellent, but the cooked breakfast (buffet) was revolting.

Ver comfortable the staff and the comfort of the room were of a high standard
